Supervision courses provide valuable experiences to enhance students’ cultural sensitivity as well as counseling skills. Supervision experiences should be meaningful, didactic, and provide evidence of skill mastery. The presenters will provide examples of supervision requirements such as videotaping a variety of direct services, accountability projects, and assessing students’ advocacy skills.
